Sorry.. I thought you are buying more time.. your wife is FT right.. so explain the situation and ask him for more time.. they cannot just take away a FT employee.. also keep the skip level manager also in the loop citing some family issues..

Already discussed heavily during 1:1's about unpaid vacation. I know its a long process so positive response ledu. May be we should have resigned to make it easy on both sides. I resigned but oka job unte better ani iddaram resign cheyyale.

Usual ga honest ga unte oppukuntaru but her manager is immature and it back fired before and it will now so options exploring.

If this topic has been brought up in 1:1 then anything your wife says now may not fly. It will not look genuinely. 

In retrospect what you should have done was approached the HR and find out if there were any options for unpaid leave or take h paid sabbatical or some option of taking a break and reapply for the role. Then formally take that route.

It’s a small world and best to maintain good relations at work.

Being honest is always good, anyhow you guys are fine with getting fired but atleast you will be in client good book.

Maa friend okadu ilage chesadu.. maa manager appatlo full supportive vunde h1’s ki.. veedu full advantage teesukoni oka three months enjoy chesadu india lo… after one year maa manager ki some how telisindi veedi fake story appati nunchi Indians andarni dooram pettadu and we lost the trust of a good manager.. and he told the same to other peers and h1 became last option and hire chesukunna india velte very strict rules time ki return avvakapote HR ki cheppi suspend chesetollu

moral of the story is fake cheyyakandi.. nijam cheppi permission teesuko lekapote job maney…  we suffered a lot after that incident so nijam cheppi solution adugu
