Help with notarized property documents for B2 visa

I'm sponsoring parents but I've read it's better to get property documents of parents notarized and carry as well since it's shows strong ties and will help in the interview.

My parents property documents are in Telugu. Can I use this format (https://www.path2usa.com/us-visas/affidavit-of-property-and-financial-assets) and get this notarized ?

Any contact details on notary for visa in Hyderabad or any notary person can do this ?

Not mandatory to notarize. Maku ila assets vunnayi ani documents choopiste chaalu.

@Jatka Bandi But the property documents are in Telugu. Do we need to notarize in English or can we carry originals which are in Telugu ?
