Hyper anna gurinchi thelidhuuu. But people who are talking very positively here about Hyd real estate are most likely land owners. They have vested interests with this enhanced real estate prices.
 

I suggest db uttthhh to stay away from investments in HYD. For that matter stay away from all investments in India. Not just real estate.

what I have seen is 5-15 cr villas are very limited like mostly 100 villas and there is competition to get those villas with amenities close to financial district

But with huge land availability, I still don't understand why people prefer densely high rise towers for e.g MH Tridasa and Vipina at ORR exit 2 has been sold out since there are many open plot ventures within 3-5Kms with 40k/sqyd a 3000sqft house would cost same amount as an apt around 2C.

10 kuda kastame anna..30 to 35% roads ki pothe inka bokka migulthadi..I think they are targeting for high rise apartments. Ala aithene workout avudhi
