Builder bad cows are biggest beneficiaries of this apartment concept...Buyer will endup with regrets eventually. They cant even claim a sq yard of land as their own....Its pathetic. 

Don't get me wrong, I also want rates  to go down and even that is the biggest worry of KTR. 

only telugu people are buying apartments in Hyderabad is a flawed argument, why N Indians are flocking to Hyd is because it is still cheaper than what they pay in their tier 2 cities, kokapeta lanti prime area lo la 7500 per sft nadustunnadi ade Pune lo 10000-16000 nadustunnadi, Mumbai is a differennt league

It applies all of india not just Hyderabad 

Neopolis is a residential cum commercial area, indeed majority of the projects now is residential, there is no dedicated commercial area in Hyderabad everything is a combination of sorts. 

The incentive for land buyers in the auctions is that there is no cap on the FSI and they can go upto 100 stories

Most people who want to live in Hyderabad prefer high rise buildings for amenities and community, friends for kids.

Anadaru Goa lo retire lare kada man, some people need to live closer to work etc, this area is being developed as one of the best downtown areas in the country, it will have about 100-120 40-60 story buildings in the next 5-6 years 

already it looks like mini dubai or singapore in that stretch and this area is remove all small and medium happazard constructions to pave way for mega structures

tier2 cities lo retire aina 50 farmhouse lu konocchu 250 cr tho, these days tier2 cities lo undatam are best. Less traffic and good health. Rate ekkuva undhi kada ani unte nuvvu tinavu aa land mundhe potavu nee grandkids tintaru. Last time visit ke chiraku vesindhi, mundhu chala thakkuva untunde crowd now it became traffic congested concrete jungle.

That is a flawed argument man, 250cr tho manamu okkarame ollu kontalemu, we are just sharing the land cost with 300 other people, ippudu Rs 7500 sft unnadi inko 5 years lo adi easy ga 15k ayitadi and that much I can see since Bombay lo ippudu prime areas up to 60k per sft nadustunnadi

Nuvvu undu anna aithe nenu naa preference cheppa, I will settle in less populated place in TG instead of hyd. After some hundred crores, you need to have health to enjoy those crores is my funda

Cool, agree when we are retired or not in IT anymore it doesn’t make sense to live in west Hyderabad, you can have much better lifestyle if you live in Kompally, LB nagar e side villas or even tier 2 cities you suggested
