P.S: I don't support any party.. But little inclined for capital on Vizag.. Correct me if I'm wrong

My Debate goes this way:

35 acres.. R1 Zone, R2, R3,... ippudu R5 zones

APCRDA-2050-land-use-scenario-for-the-im

Hyd is a mature market and is supported by investments & Infrastructure. Prices skyrocketed in last 5 yrs. Its not cheap anymore compared to other metros. There might be a slowdown or stagnant for sometime. But its a sureshot bet. Kinda of like betting on Microsoft.

Amaravati is a risk/reward bet. Current prices are cheap (reflects lack of development/investment/infrastructure/Capital discussion, etc). There will be a small boom before next elections. RE brokers will create some buzz and lift it before elections. If TDP+Janesena comes to power prices will skyrocket. It will not reflect reality but in anticipation of future development which may happen or not.

So if you want to play safe - hyd. If you are a gambler and able to hold lands for long term, Amaravati is a decent bet.

I have no plans to sell any of my lands. Will keep long term.
