A lot of times, Desis give a scenario they faced (some typical problem which they took time to google/troubleshoot/fix it) and ask that question in Interviews. There is no way anyone knows the answer to these questions. Most people get rattled by this question and do not answer. Proper answers would be to say "Interesting problem, I haven't faced this scenario, but explain the troubleshooting mechanism you would do". That should get you the job if the interviewer is smart. If not, it wasn't yours to begin with.

may be a silence before storm...?

Absolutely agree with you. Its calm before the storm. I was listening to the earnings call of my company and it was very evident the impact of recession on life sciences companies, cautious approach from customers on spending and anticipating a severe storm ahead.
