vendor 1099 pay chestha annadu I never worked on 1099 . he asked my bank details and ssn for 1099 is it safe ?

Using personal laptop best. Since govt administration, dont use your person laptop for browsing or bumchiks or even youtube. 

Create a new bank account with out any money in it and give those to the vendor. No issues. Every month money paddaka move it to your primary account.

Thanks bro do u think it is safe using personal laptop from india planning for 2 or 3 months vacation ? client manager don't give approval .

Neenu adhe anukunna opening a new account and giving it to him 1099 lo emanna issues ? he told he need bank account number and w9 form.

I thought you said earlier that you have approval to use your personal laptop. Tell your situation to client manager and ask him for a solution whether use their laptop or your personal.
