Key parameters to consider for future state of Home Sales over next few months. 

- Homes after Listing will start to stay in the market for some days/weeks or even months depending on the Price listed and Greediness of the seller.  

- Eventually buyers realize the deficit on funding other family expenses (Day care, Car loan, travel, other miscellaneous expenses). This is a Affordability hit and called 'House Poor'. 

- In terms of the Financial Planning that lot of people who bought homes prior to 2021 keep the Mortgage payment under the 30% of the total take home net salary. Now the New loans is forcing buyers to have more than 50% This parameter will force families to rent and less motivated on the home ownership. On the counterpart, this cause the housing inventory to pile up and force the sellers to do price reductions/offer closing costs.

Edo nammable ga ledu if its 800 k worth many people are there to buy for 650 to 700 what will seller achieve to sell you at 500 ??? except a 30 to 45 days wait at escrow ?

Cash offer ki seller will bend down only if its run down old house, not maintained and if it doesn't get sold in MLS and house flippers will try cash the oppurtuinity , in this market if that is decent house no one will sell below 25% of value

yes conventional vastai.but smaller home vastundi...like may be a 2000-2200 sqft home for 500k. I am negotiationg a 3000 sqft home..so 3000 sqft home for 2200 sqft price..800-1000 sqft difference 220 eskuna per sqft....175000-200000 difference
