Arey, yevari affordability ni batti vallu konukkuntaaru… how can you decide what is affordable for someone else you don’t know?? You don’t know what their income is.. what their assets are.. they do whatever is best for them.. 

The more you post these threads defending yourself for not buying a house, the more you sound like a cry baby..

it matters because if buyer bails out last minute its again back to market ..the more it stays in market the less value it becomes..

I own primary and few rentals. but not 2-3 million range for each home..if yes then I will quit DB that day

No one would accept 200-250 less for all in cash in this market.
