They basically ask questions related to their VISA, university, accomodations, how will they afford fees, etc. Our students might get stressed or tense answering these questions. Some people get rude and dont have common sense that these POE guys are just doing the job.

I have a feeling very soon cbp will come up with a basic english , math test similar to  dmv written test. 

70% is pass

50-70% 1 year ban

30-50% 3 year ban

Less than 30% life ban
