Ninna running chestunte after 3.5 km my body lost momentum and with some random thoughts I pumped my adrenaline and body immediately recovered... never had this experience till now, but it's amazing.

I think everyone should realize this experience once in a while.

Ya I am closely monitoring my limits, any leg pain means immediate stop. Also is a support system like diet plan, fitness routine etc. But age wise there is long way to go

But my hunch is we should not stop evolving and our limits far exceed expectations

I did two runs back to back that is the reason. Generally rest in needed between runs... last time I tried the same, I got pain in sciatic nerve near lower back. I took remedies like keeping legs over a pillow etc.

Dont test limits of your body, rather train it to keep increasing the limits by training (weights, cardio, cross training, yoga, stretching, etc) and eating right.
