Also there are 3rd part agencies that too these verification, they will not contact employer directly, all employers have a portal that they submit all their employees information , a portal nunchi match chestharu for background check.

Same applies to universities.

thanks brooo

background companies ask for employer names. prime vendor kforce ki cheste I can't provide my kforce recruiter details who helped me with the onboarding and I don't want my recruiter know I;m looking for new job and I'm currently employed with kforce.

Can I give link and employer name https://www.kforce.com/contact-us/  and provide my start date apudu HR ni contact chestaru my recruiter will not know

Ideally the background checking companies do not contact current employers. They should not. Even if they do, it should only be HR. So you can tell them "I am not comfortable giving current employer details, but if you need, I can give references, that too after recruiting is complete". Ask them what they do as part of background check.

Lets say you give all the details and they do check and your current vendor knows, handle the situation. Simply say, I don't know who contacted. I did not give any details. May be some interview you may have got 6-8 months back. Just brush off the situation.

Bro I didn’t mention they will check with manager. What ever email you mention in the background check they will send an email.

U mean if someone is working for microsoft, they will send an email to [email protected] or to their HR? If they send an email, it should be OK as this person is working there.

This is common practice, no one feels comfortable giving current employer details, don't worry it will all go well.
