as long as they can sustain the payments over time, should be ok…RE should be good over long timeframe.

Let them buy.

Fed did the same thing during 2008 and kept increasing rates until system crashed. Banks/mortgage companies collapsed bringing every thing down. Same thing will repeat and it will bring house prices down but so far they have been un-successful.

exactly - hpw do you manage all the financing costs, monthly emis while waiting for price to increase. he says he is selling his property in india. Koncham dare kaavali ..whether it is foolish or pays off we will know soon.

risk based rewards right…also think long term. usually selling should happen at 10+ years of buying RE to make any financial sense. don’t take short timeframe covid price increases as example.

Bro ...if your monthly emi's exceed 30k and you have to wait for 10 years you need so much money staying power - atleast 3 million usd. i
