Gadar 2 super hit against all odds

I remember the time when Gadar released. It was released on same day as Lagaan. No one expected it to be a hit. It became a rage and Industry hit.

History repeats. Gadar 2 released with no expectations and most reviews gave them 1-2/5 rating. Movie is super hit and collected 400Cr already.

All movies In Bollywood are now made for Mumbai and other urban multiplex crowd.. they are no longer making movies for the masses.. even if they make, they are not honest but more of a silly movies.. ilanti mass movies vachhi minimum decent ga unnaa, super hit chesthunnaru northies.. pushpa, kgf, etc Anduke hit ayyaayi

Bollywood mafia sunni deol ni baaga tokkesaru. Saw this movie recent promotions, sunny is a very humble person. Took very less remuneration for this movie it seems to keep budget under control. 

I have'nt seen movie but all ratings are around "1-1.5". Irrespective of that the movie if running housefull everywhere it seems and adding more screens.

He is the son of a super star.. he had his time of glory.. like Salman khan, he has good following in the rural crowd.. he stopped making movies as all his recent movies flopped.. all stars need is a decent movie for their fans to go crazy and get his reputation back.. look what Pathan did for srk.. 

Also all reviewers are mostly from cities and mainly Mumbai.. and they don’t understand what rural ppl want..

I remember Gadar/Lagaan time. Both were released on the same day..first week Lagaan baaga talk vachindi buy later on second week tarvata Gadar baaga overtake chesindi..

I went to Lagaan first day morning show at Sree Ramana 35mm and a week later Gadar at Sri Sai Raja deluxe..

gadar-2 is a hit…low expectations and high returns. My first movie in theatre was Darr and Sunny Paaji was the hero and SRK had a memorable role in that movie, May be because of that I always had a soft corner for sunny paaji

Yeah last weekend choosa movie bagundi ..it was only intended audience of who watched gadar original baga connect chesadu part 1 ki ..very emotional movie..I personally loved the music and connected with the struggling times of life in 2001 music was so comfy for the ears those days..udja kale kawah..song specially..🤩
