I don't need medical insurance company is interested in 1099. 70$/hr on 1099 is how much on W2

i heard self employment taxes , SSN, medicare taxes are more on 1099 . 

60$ on W2 (no benefits) is it equal to 70$ on 1099

Self employment tax is more and federal taxes are less in 1099 and it is reverse in W2.
