tell me affordable place to live if you have remote work around  SF, don't mine if it is an hour to 2 hours  away. As long as retail and hospitals are nearby, it should ok.

You. An add brentwood and one side of Antioch also ok hearing almost people are going to discovery bay too

Atl is still better in terms of weather and infra compared to Austin I feel

also, tons of places to drive on weekends with in 1-1.5 hr in Atl

I think Tejams are prefering TX because of pure monetary reasons 

In GA, 200k income meddha 6% tax anukunna 12k avutundi yearly , property taxes on 600k property is 1% or 6k

so overall 18k in taxes for GA, for a 1 million property, it will go upto 28k in taxes

Tx lo no income tax but property taxes on 600k property will be 1.5-3% , assuming 2% it will be 12k , if its 2.5 its 15k

for 1 million property it will be 20k-25k in taxes in most places

also, lot of folks are dual income in Texas based on what I see in my circle, so they save more on state taxes and even if they buy a million dollar home , overall taxes will still be less than other states in most cases

the fun will continue until the properties are below/around 1.2 million range, after that people will start paying more in TX

However, current interest rates tho aithe best thing is to stay in TX and rent a decent home, no property taxes, no state tax, win win situation in this market

Why don’t go to Florida and enjoy both no state tax and low property tax? With a pinch of latina beauties and beautiful beaches.
