Dont look at one year. See YoY growth from 20yrs. Every year it touches new peak thats what news is showing and mainly after covid lockdown people starting visiting a lot. Nothing to do with article 370.

I said do your research based on stats from govt of india website and read yearly statistics. Recently BJ pundakors stopped officially publishing stats about kashmir. But data in the following website is enough to conclude.
