Buyers market - End of 2023/2024 the Interest rates will be 8-9%, there will be correction to the inflated home prices.

Depending on the area corrections would happen anna.. 

If you are in Good school districts.. you should be fine. 

The impact i foresee will be for homes in bad school zones and Newly developed suburbs without proper infrastructure.
