Two sofas we have in both living and family room sucks....maanchi costly stuff konnam 5k posi okkadaniki....One is leather recliner and other one is fabric recliner.

posture issues vasthunayi if we are seating in them for an hour or so ... I have two questions

 

1) Are there options to sell these off other than FB market place?Formal ga stores emaina untaya where we can estimates and do second sale?

2)What are some of best ergonomic sofas that you can suggest based on your experience?

360 degree recliner aithe better..I got from Costco leather one..

In that case don't buy soft cushion sofas ...ippudu manchi hard leather or hard cloth sofas vastunnai try them...ikea lo test chey

stretch daily 

get a sofa/sectional with lumbar support for lower back issues or use a soft pillow to support your back 

I have a Scandinavian sectional and even thought it doesn’t have neck/head support it’s really good for back posture

No matter how costly sofas you buy, your back issues will remain. I have stopped sitting in sofa since a long time. Sofa mundu carpet and either i sit down or if sleepy watch in a sleeping position with a pillow. Sofas are only for show and when people come to visit. Vallu vellaka anta mass ee.

Whether you buy a $5000 sofa or $1000, resale value max 150-200.

If I experience back pain, I put a tennis ball or a foam roller at the area where it pains and roll on it "while watching TV in front of sofa on the carpet". Or use a back stretcher (Google it)

sitting posture issues .. so 1st thing u do is ..

• go for regular Chiropractic adjustments .. twice a week or so ..
• do yoga or stretching exerices daily for about 15-20min

Sit on floor whenever possible. Sitting on floor provides many other health benefits. Use sofas only when guests r at home..
