employer paying salary on monthly

Typically these are net 30 or net 45 days payment terms between vendor and company. Lets say you start on Jan1. Your vendor submits Timesheet + invoice in Feb 1st week. Invoice processing takes 5-10 days. So essentially your vendor gets this money in his bank on Feb 15th. Don't you want all of that Jan money on Feb 15th instead of him paying in 2 installments on feb 15th and March 1st?

I don't know if vendors are/can paying out of their pocket on Feb1st for Jan pay check.

bro I think the company running the payroll for the employee will make the payment on weekly or biweekly and the employer don't care the payments received from the client or vendor has net30 or net45 and it is the employer risks and they make a margin amount of employee. 

Lets say I start on Jan 1st and do u think I need to wait for Feb1 st or 2nd to receive the salary ? Prime vendors mostly give biweekly payment and Mesthris only tell to wait for 1 month to hold the money.

Lets say I start on Jan1st and in 4th week I quit the job my money for 3 weeks is gone with Mesthri and they don't pay and most of them want the pay in weekly or biweekly to be safe.

I am out of this game since long time. But those were the norms when I was working for a vendor. Now I only know from Client perspective.

r u US citizen bro ? Desi employers don't pay salaries on time and money hold lo petukuntaru. employer ni change chesthe 2 months salary gone and I don't recommend monthly salaries biweekly best to avoid losing money
