15 k is too small to ask at this stage and they will get an impression you as money minded or not dependable.

those qualities matter a lot and in this market where alternatives are available, don’t take a chance, my 25 cents😀

HR and client manager know most of the employees will negotiate on the salary on the job confirmation. Nothing wrong in asking and they can accept or say no extra salary. Money minded I don't think they will think

they are not giving 150K salaries now . <130K and benefits for fultime in this market
