H1B to GC-EAD to H4 question

H1B I-94 expired and extension filed in progress. Have GC EAD and spouse is primary. Epudu GC EAD pai work start chesi parallel ga H4 and H4EAD ke apply cheyocha based on spouse H1B ? If H4 approve  ayyaka back to H4 move ayyi H4-EAD pai work cheyocha ?

Extension premium lo chesthe h1h4 h4 ead vachestayi kada anna aroute better,  ead use chesthe non immi status potadi I suggest do premium or stick with gc ead

We have separate h1b's and my h1b is valid till 2025. So cannot file h4 and h4 ead along with my h1b in premium. Spouse h1b extenision is filed. Just want to check if we can use GC EAD now and apply for H4 and H4-EAD and then move to H4.

Ah ok , Nenu vinnadi aithe once you use ead nonimmi status potundi ani anna (advanxe parole is still ok but gc ead) , I think if yiu go outside country get h4 stamped and come inside then yiu will have valid nonimmigrant status afaiak
