At the ground level , there are several infra projects being constructed in AP . About 17 medical colleges ,4 ports and 9 fishing harbours are being built . Ramayapatnam is likely to be completed by this October end . 5 medical colleges - Machilipatnam , Eluru , Nandyal , Vizianagaram and Rajahmundry are completed and start classes by September . So , clearly there is development going on as a matter of fact

Yesu Reddy is doing same mistake as CBN in his 2 terms. Most of these are funded by Central Govt. Yesu is hiding BJPs name and putting up a show. 
First let him finish Machilipatnam port which was pending since 20 years.

Each of the ports is fully financed and owned by the state government. Check your facts . Medical colleges and fishing harbours are also funded entirely by state . Credit to Centre can be given in national highways - Chennai Bengaluru expressway , Bangalore Vijayawada expressway, Raipur Vizag and Vijayawada east and west bypass . Ramayapatnam is almost completed and waiting for inauguration by max November starting . Just peddling false info doesn’t mean it becomes right .

Idk about the ports but fishing harbours have 40% construction costs borne by center 

Same way medical colleges also have 40% construction cost shared by center 

National highways are all borne by center except land acquisition costs

Ports are totally funded by state , centre has 0% share in its funding . The ownership of Bhavanapadu , Machilipatnam , Ramayapatnam is with state government and they alone awarded tenders also, Kakinada gateway is private port .In case of national highways , land acquisition was borne by state government , so they have a role too .
