Company salary range

Let’s suppose a company ABC has a LCA petition in 2022 for $120000 for change of employer H1B visa candidate

and now someone is applying for the same role then can they expect or ask for the same base salary 120000$ ?

does 120000$ in the LCA petition mean base salary that the company is paying its employee ? Or Do they include any bonuses or 401K matching amount in LCA filed wages?

kindly clarify

No they dont include Bonus or any other benifits like 401K in LCA, LCA is the minimum amount that the employer should pay employee adjusted to any unpaid leave.

LCA is a good reference point, obviously it could vastly varies over experience levels in the same band.

If you take more leaves than allocated (i.e. unpaid leaves), Employer is not required to pay as stated IN LCA for the given period.

eg: If total working days are 260 in a given year, 20 paid leaves as perc company policy,  LCA pay 130K (i.e. $500 per day)

for the first 20 days of your vacation you will be paid $500 per day as well but beyond that employer is not required to pay $500 per day as mentioned in LCA.

Extension or amendment appudu wage level downgrade cheste emaina problem avtunda? For ex, naa current wage level is 4 and maa company amendment apply chestundi for promotion, and they are downgrading wage level to 3 since they cannot offer a salary that meets new wage level 4 for FY 23-24.
