Stop defending the indefensible , if any leader wanted to improve rural banking they would have established government banks and served them not takeover private corporations 

Like the example I gave what if some future PM takes over all IT firms because they hire only in Tier 1 cities and mostly hire for upper caste

Privatisation is good , government cannot even basic departments well like drinking  water supply , drainage , road maintenance , registration department , etc 

What makes you think the same government can run firms efficiently ? Privatisation saved india from the excesses of government

both Modi and Indira suck at economy. while privatization improves competition, it cannot exist without a market that the govt creates through its public spending.

Indira gandhi did the mistake of nationalizing, to escape from the responsibility of public spending.. Modi does the opposite, for the same reason.

Modi's current infra push is bogus, because of the insanely expensive exercise that it has become. surprised that media is not looking into large scale corruption in every single one of these.

besides all this, Modi is a disgusting islamophobe. I don't understand how reasonable people completely sidestep this important fact about Modi while discussing him.
