BTW - This is very typical in pharmaceutical industry. there are thousands of public companies do this… years and years of R&D with no FDA approved end result. Surviving on public money.

I am not expert in the area but what he has done seems to be different. He has bought already clinical trail failed drug and remarketed it..may be that's common too.
