Hi all,

I have converted my H1B to premium and was approved in 2 days but they gave rfe for H4. Basic rfe and i feel like they gave it on purpose. It’s been 9 working days and h4 is not yet approved. Anyone in same boat? Like since my H1B was converted to premium i assume h4 needs to be approved in 15 days?
