More than chair, look at ergonomics (sitting posture, laptop screen should be at same level as your eyes. Hands rested properly while typing and not hanging in air. Leg support if needed. Check Youtube for posture.

Also try Chair yoga. Takes 5 mins every day and you can do it in between meetings or even during them if not on video. Small walks help a lot. Drink a lot of water and use the restroom thats far from your room.

Naa experience lo, chiropractors are useless. If you really have bad knots and muscle spasm and unable to walk, then whatever they do gives instant relief. Anthe. 

Physical therapy and stretching, sitting posture, frequent moving and daily 5 mins exercise is best. If you are not an active participant in a meeting and working remote, put laptop on speaker and walk around the room

I do it regularly. Gives me a good relief in hips. Of course I do not have sciatica. Check with your physical therapist. They usually suggest good exercises for relief.

chiropractor kanna go to a orthopedic or sports medicine doctor. get checked for any damage, go to physical therapy.  a hack that also works is having a pillow under your legs when you sleep on bed. a better option would be get an adjustable base bed.

Exactly. i recently bought a standing desk and used to attend all my meeting (atleast 2 hours of meetings daily) in standing position. Also after meels, I prefer standing too. Sitting 8 hours straight and then even after work hours infront of TV, gonna screw us in long run.
