don’t ruin your health like me, try to stand and walk in between your working hours 

 

It is not any late for you even. If you are an Indian women, I can understand you. Your body organs and a lack of exercise causes undue stress on your back. Mom vi avute inka ekkuva. Vanguni legavadam chala chestuntavu. Start off with swimming. Don't do anything strenuous outside. Get into pilates next. Change your diet to high protein food. PT and massage doctors cheptaru. Slowly get to a position of doing pushups and planks. Form is important. Continue it for maintenance. You will get back to normal. Don't go for surgery or steroids. Wishing you the best.
