Skip employer

I want to skip the employer and second layer vendor and go to prime vendor on w2 or FTE. Did anybody done that before. I need some information. FYI am on GC ead. My prime vendor does not know that am working as 2 layers. Now prime vendor is ready to take me either on w2 or fte. What kind of issues I will have. Any help appreciated.

Gc ead unte emi issues no issues and you want to join them on ead ? , non compete hiring clauses untayi but baccha vendors ki lite main prime vendor gadu handle chesthe no issues

Kadhu bro, prime vendor gadu adugutada pay checks choopi ani. Vadiki teleedu am working as E-V-V-C model ani.

Bro, just in case back ground check lo previous employer details ivvu adigithe. Prime vendor is thinking that am with second vendor but am not under second vendor am with my employer. Sorry to ask same thing. Tia

He doesn't care , go ahead and join, GC ead mida kuda 2-3 vendors antey not makes sense.
