I like rice from electric cooker wayyyy better than cooker. Have'nt tried Insta pot though.

Also once rice done, unplugging is necessary to avoid pancake at bottom.

Wash rice 3-4 times, set in delay start after 30 mins. You should not have this issue.

1 cup rice, same cup water 2 times.

pressure cook high for 4 mins wait for 4-5 mins and release pressure manually. Simple aduguantadu. My wife cooks like this no problem

Try put it in Pressure cook mode for 8 mins.. Rice mode lo Sarigga avvadhu..

Add some oil and salt to rice before cooking.

After cooking is finished, FLUFF the rice immediately to prevent sticking to the bowl and caking (a Japanese technique)

same problem bro...i used to add oil...

ippudu kottha inner pot koni padesa non-stick dhi..20$ padindhi...1:2 ratio water, 4 mins pressure cook and wait until pressure release naturally...perfect ga occhestandhi
