In general, where there was no exceptional rise will see only 5-10% drop max and kind of stabilize there ...ani vinikidi..

Simple logic. New constructions ni limit chesthunnaru builders. 2 homes ki general ga vache profit shortage valla ekkuva price ki ammi okka home ki thechukuntunnaru.
