Actually zero . Rich take many tax exemptions. And irs doesn’t audit them as it’s too complex and hard and takes lot of resources. 
 

their auditors make it complex on purpose .

I don’t think they can avoid property taxes.. they can avoid federal or state taxes though.. but they can pay the taxes through companies and write off those payments but they still have to pay them..
