don't add suburban and urban together. they are vastly different.

I prefer living in dense neighbourhoods that completely banned cars, or at the least ban street parking. obviously urban.

yeah suburb is subsidized by the state with infrastructure cars use. its hard not to like such freebies.

what do you mean by metro suburb? there are all kinds of disgusting suburbs in the US that primarily rely on private transport, and waste state resources into building needless roads, drains, and electricity connections to plots that hardly give anything back in terms of property tax.

in a decade, unless that suburb densifies, or increases its tax it cannot sustain the services it provides.

but then there are other suburbs that are mid level dense, which are somewhat okay, better than the above cul de sac kinda suburb, but nowhere close to the dynamism found in cities.

my life aim is to infiltrate local councils as builder, and manipulate council votes to build like crazy in the neighbourhood..  then watch single home owners who don't like it cry like b1tches.
