Also I feel Highland Lakes is also indeed an attractive choice, but their waitlist is challenging due to exceptionally high demand, and unfortunately, there's no alternative route to secure a spot.

bro rondu locations are not bad. IMO lennar is little inside wolf creek is rather closer to 75. 

 

there are not many locations you can go up  and look in north dallas. aubrey is cheaper but not good schools and connectivity it will take time for it develop. mud/pid kuda vunnayi. celina is hot but has same issues with schools and connectivity for some communities. DNT extend avtadi anni antunaru. wylie has good schools but connectivity wise high ways degara lo levu. migata prime areas lo prices are near million.

in all these things melissa fairs better. again my opnion bro.

bro for some reason they stayed there for an year they kept for rental but later they bought another house in prosper frisco border on 380 dove creek moved in recently ..mainly due to commute and smell not near reatarunts and events they did not like Melissa they still own a home kept for rental there.. Also 2021 they got house for low cost there I guess. But they paid hefty price and interest rate for prosper home in dove creek..

highland lakes ki hype ekuva.. pricey too.. not worth it.. things are slowing down now

depends how far they are away from landfill bro.  these communities are more than 6miles away. Liberty master planned community is very near. aa communities lo random ga evening vellu evaro toh ayina matladu. you will know.

Looks like Wolf Creek Falls is within a three-mile radius of the landfill, while Lennar at Honey Creek is approximately five to six miles away bro..

It seems that a radius of approximately 5-6 miles should work for us, and will check out accordingly.. 👍🏻

If u end up taking the house in mellisa .. just make sure to get radon gas reading test done  ..that's must for house near landfills ..okavela radon high unte u can do some precautions like exhaust for radon in attic usually then run pipe from foundation ..just fyi..

I would personally run away from communities near land fill.. if current people who staying there not feeling it as big issue does not mean it will not get bad in future. Also it will be a big issue for resale. Also stay away from builders like Lennar and DR Horton.

Also any comments on North of Anna, Texas? I understand it’s bit far, but appears to be approximately 5-6 miles from the landfill. I've heard about a master-planned community called Hurricane Creek, and DR Horton is beginning a development called Lindsey Place, along with several builders offering reasonable price points.

It's ok bro.. depends on your need. You will homes for decent price and can adjust with private schools.its close to sherman, which has lot of grwth potential...  first time home ki ..you can think of as investment

ok there is another community near honey creek. quarry at stoneridge meritage homes vadidi.
