 improvement needed in manufacturing sector in terms of quality and technology , increase salaries in research sectors that can focus on innovation etc . Reservation change chesina , open category lo unna person perform cheyali . Other than IT they should encourage people to pursue careers in science

Swadesh movie classic example when one guy with wholehearted effort to bring power for their village and whole village comes together forgetting their religion caste work towards one goal finally they achieve after the little obstacles but problem will be there for ever always one Blackshear person one group or ppl fight in-between themselves after achieving something because of me etc..our core problem non able to see combined success always individual success ppl look for jealous of others success even in cricket or anything involving Indians u will see this..

I some how like tamil Indians and gujjus inherit this concept see more success in their community bcz of this

entire india can be unified if there are some great leaders, the closest one who can do that is Modi, unfortunately no one from congress will be allowed to become a leader unless gandhi dynasty dies, rest of the parties are too worried about saving their family kingdoms and see congress as big brother who can fight a common cause of saving their dynasty for power.

Swades movie is more apt for congress rule than BJP, because there is not much economic need for people to leave country, most have a choice to stay in India and grow as well which was nonexistent before
