enduku without hyd? even with hyd, TG literacy is about the same as AP, and probably slightly lower.

but these are statistical estimates based on random samples. actual census conduct cheste tappa cheppalem. mostly the statistical estimates will be right. TG will still have lower literacy rate than AP.
