it is funny that you are equating a 100 crore IT case to a 43000 cr CBI/ED case.. 😄. No one in this country believes Jagan is innocent.. nor cbn.. both of them are corrupted aholes..

If there is no prima facie evidence, courts or investigation agencies will not open cases and put a person in jail.. I think both cbi and Ed has enough evidence in Jagan’s cases.. 

Where is it that there is a max 2 years jail time in corruption cases? Lalu got 5 years in a corruption case.. if there is any limit, that will be per case.. it just adds up if he gets convicted in multiple cases..

Antha ledu…in the past evo very few quid pro cases where loss to exchequered was proved..alanti cases Lo max 2 years padindi and Jaggadi cases la sagam IT cases, FERA and FEMA cases…fines ekuva vuntayi ie cases ki and loss to exchequer la jail term padochu.
