This case can be compared to Laloo Yadav’s fodder scam where money was withdrawn directly for siphoning. 2G is ‘expected loss to exchequer where govt did not loose money’ and bofors is commission.

Ie case la judgement eppatiki raadu. Govt commited ga vunte within six months conviction possible but with the option to appeal in higher court, this case will go for ever. The moment this case is convicted in the state and CBN decides to move supreme, then state control motham potadi…they won’t be able to do anything in the case.
