Nee second job direct competitor aithe thy may terminate and sue. Not a problem for gc, but background check lo 2nd job aithe kanipisthadi for sure, if u r on payroll. balla kindaithe telidu. check company policy. its ok if there is no conflict of interest for some companies.

I worked plenty with our recruiters for hiring with in my team and understand the process. I have never seen what you are saying. Even if someone wants this info, Its a violation with out your authorization.

Its a violation of their policy and not an compliance issue. Usual ga they terminate employment, that's all. 

I know of a case in Fannie Mae long back where one employee was negotiating his mortgage rate with a bank and referred to an sample rate someone got in his system. He had access as all morgages end at FanieMae. There was a phone tapping software or something which looks for key words and probably recorded conversation. He and his wife were terminated in next 1 hr. No action after that.

Sue chesthe does it appear as crime in employement. how can employee compensate for sue

Valla intranet ki manaki access undadu kadaa. Only employees  and consultants who got access to their network can check.

Thanks bro i think many companies check for credit using ssn before releasing offer. Credit lo current paychecks or salary deposit and I think okasari job started they don't go back and check every month or year
