air filter change cheyale..but invoice la anni changed ani charge esindu..before service car la smell vastunde..i opened air filter and checked..after service still smell coming..check chesi suste old de undi..how to report this..dealer daggriki pothe they will replace but i want to make an issue for them..can i sue them..

Tell them you will make official complaint/report to the Car company. That will get their attention. Take 1-2 free oil changes or whatever they offer. 

It could also be a case where the worker is lazy. May be if you report, they will fire that person. U can't do much. 

Ilanti situations sue cheyalev. There is no proof. They will say you put the old filter in cabin if you go to court.

If you are hell-bent on poking them, start with a google review, after that BBB la active undemo choodu dealer gadu, unte pic petti review raseyi. Twitter or fb lo post cheyu pic tho official car company handle ni tag cheyu.  Each organization ki escalation matrix untundi starting with supervisor, manager, GM etc...andarni cc la petti pics petti email pampiyu unfair business practices ani, elliott.org la untayi andari emails. Idantha oka nexus and you or for that matter nobody can scratch them. You need to find a new dealer for you r new service and at max neeku apologies cheppi new filter offer chesthadu.  Chikaku ithe petochu and google review stays forever with them.

Nothing sticks in court if you do not give an opportunity to the person to fix it. Video teesi with a witness, next vaadihto discussion lo engage avvu. Small claims court has a time limit for reporting the incident. If you have these evidences, you will surely win. Compensation for time kooda adagochu appudu. But your state may have limit for small claims court like 5000$. Next district court ki vellina inka ekkuva adagochu saying small claims court hit the ceiling and they adjudged in my favor.. and I am looking for difference in the district court ani..
