I think if PK wants to survive, then alliance is best for him. 

For TDP, after CBN things will slow down for sure, but 40+yrs unna party, immediately shed ki podhu...but JSP ki assalu emi ledhu, grass root level lo inka party not fully established. So PK needs some support (by having decent no. of MLA's)

Its survival for the fittest......once he survives, he will take it from here on his own in future.

He has nothing to lose. Ippudu matram em win ayyadu. But he should have invited some popular leaders to his party and strengthen his cadre. Other than PK, I don’t know anyone else in that party. Nadendla thappa. If he would have attracted candidates from TDP and YCP it would become bigger opposition and 2029 lo emanna chance vuntundhi. Asalu ippudu scenario lo when can he ever become a CM
