New company 485J meeda sign cheyyali. Most of them do as it is not a new immigration process. Only a form of affidavit stating your job responsibilities and such.

1 st point - ante I can have my own attorney and have them do the extensions? I haven't done any extensions on mine kabatti ememi documents adugutharo during extension inka telidu so just asking, a time lo company nundi emi akkarleda?

2nd point not needed ead ap extension is only based on pending 485 no employment details are needed

Your 485j is not ma datory for ead extension or changing companies as long as they are able to give sign on 485j later is also fine

EAD is a candidate document not an employer sponsored document. You can do it by yourself or through your personal immigration attorney. Its a simple form and easy to do. Company nunchi emi akkarledu. 

485J is an entirely different thing - It is associated with your 485 AOS application process but has nothing to do with your EAD or EAD extension. Neeku date current ayyi, nee 485 application evaluation ki vaste - this 485J will prove that you are still employed in a similar line of work with which you applied for your original 485 application.
