Amazon lo chala unnai. Search ‘GPS smart watch with SIM’. Make sure SIM is 4g. Sim monthly plan $5. Read reviews. 
there is also an option to restrict who can call your kids. Rest all it will block.

If you are worried about screen time, don’t worry. These are not good for those. But these are excellent for tracking kids where ever they go esp when they are In park. We used for our kids and all kids groups parents bought as well seeing us. Everyone’s experience has been good.

With so much unpredictability around, it may not be bad idea to give watch to kids unclr .. with many limitations.. like it shall only be able to recieve incoming call from certain numbers etc
