•    Help us create a seamless event experience by arranging chairs and ensuring audio and video equipment is set up and ready to go.

•    Keep everyone refreshed by distributing water bottles to attendees.

•    Monitor the event and ensure calmness by handling any unwanted disturbances. 

•    Continue to make a difference even after the event by assisting with post-event tasks.
