my father refuses to come to usa. emanna ayithe nenu ekkada kastapadatano ani. he was  here when he was under 70's.  wish i was in california where you can buy regular insurance for visitors. 

if you are a citizen and your parents have gc they can buy medicare or something under obamacare ani vinna.
lekunte specialist doctors/consultancy owners/ faang couple tappa type money vunte tappa  parents are better off being in india with better medical care.

It’s not an easy thing to maintain a balance and I have observed many people succumb to the emotional pressure. Mana zindagi la emotions ki place vundali anthe kani ave mainstream avakundadu…once a desi make turns 35, they should completely take control of the family, property and parents and at this phase parents should co operate the children and step down as decision makers..

I suggested this in your previous thread .. or someone's thread abt parents .. 

Google search doctors in your area. Start calling them to see if they are taking any new patients. If they do, you can take to them. Visit will be around $100-$200 and not more. There are plenty of Indian doctors who do this practice. These are private practices and not hospitals or urgent care.

Same situation with me. My parents came twice to US and had a happy stay. I took visitors insurance with good coverage. After coming here, they understood the medical situation here and learnt from their friends as well. They are getting old and now they refuse to come even when I tell them I will accompany them. They dont want to bother us and say they are happy with us visiting them. 

Now I am visiting them twice a year. I stay with both parents and in-laws and take them regular doctor visits whenever i go.
