Quash won't happen, if BJP central leadership doesn't give a nod. High court chief justices are not stupid to mess with Central leadership, that have high chance of coming to power again.

Quashing FIR on the basis of arrest procedure not followed properly doesn’t really sound good. Looks like CBN’s lawyers are focusing on this part and want to quash the FIR itself so that the case can be stalled. 
 

I think this is the reason why they are not really focused on bail as it comes with conditions and opens room for enquiry and interrogation. This is what CBN wants to avoid at any case.

Even that won't happen. The procedure lapse if any (CID has their own version, as to how they started investigation before  the amendment) cannot form basis for overriding the primary facie. 

Should the judge be influenced by political loyalty, which I think is different this time as Centre hasn't granted blessings to Baboru yet, AP government will move to supreme court and file a SPL and get an interim stay on HC's quash petition.
