India was coalition of kingdoms and empires. It was never one piece, so these things are natural. The mistake that happened was partition of India and Pakistan, if that did not had happen, most of these separatists movements would not had happened.

lol I agree that there is a Gandhi and Congress bias but I still felt it as a good read
