Yaa one of the incnetive as many buyers problem is interest rate scary , to neutralize one of the incentive they saythey will give like 30 35 k incentive you can use this to buy down , closing cost etc only if you with their preferred lender, preferred lender galu akada akada ekva fee nokkutaru

I have my eyes on NC. If I get a house for cheaper there .. a good one for 250-500k I will sell all here and move there. My current company allows remote and move to another location. Or I can look for a job there.

PFE, VZ, GSK, MO all give anywhere between 4-8%. Monthly div funds between 10-15%

Basically sell house here, buy a cheaper house somewhere else and invest the difference in money into div funds. Plan for easy retirement.
