Depends on the outcome of other petitions. ACB has asked for remand which is coming up in few hours and at the same time ACB has asked for custody in other cases. 
 

CBN has filed squash petetion in high court it’s coming up on 25th, squash okay aithe next day release lekapothey CID custody.

Telugu Desam Party national president Chandrababu Naidu’s judicial remand extended for two days

With the remand period completing on Friday for the former Chief Minister, the authorities concerned produced him before the ACB Court judge through virtual mode from Rajahmundry jail on Friday.

The judge was understood to have enquired Mr. Naidu about the facilities in the jail. The hearing on the five-day police custody of Mr. Naidu, which was petitioned by the A.P. CID for further investigation in the case, is still on and a decision is expected later on Friday. The quash petition filed by Mr. Naidu is also still pending in the Andhra Pradesh High Court. It is learnt that the remand has been extended, as the quash petition was still pending. A decision on the quash petition is also expected later on Friday.

Squash petetion kuda paaye..!!!

Donga dorikindu….CID custody pakka ayetattu vundi..elago remand extended by two days, ie two days CID custody istharu anukunta…

Mashallah…by Monday/Tuesday bail mida bayataki vachina, bail condition vuntadi kabatti ie na koduku dorikinatte…eedi peeka state CID chetilo…

This fellow managed and rigged the systems and escaped law for a long long time. He has evaded law for more than 20 years. Entha corruption chesindu aina kuda law ni face cheyanika stay orders tho kaalam gadipindu…

Nuv ae system ni aithe rig chesinavo, ivala a system ae nee peeka pattindi…Bail anedi nee meda ki vuri taadu lantidi…case solid ga padindi, noru musukuni attend the enquiry as accused.
